What if I need to check in sooner?

no problem! We offer priority production for all orders. Simply select this option during checkout to speed up your order. This will push your order to the top of our order queue and will incur an additional fee. With priority order, you can receive your neon signs up to a week earlier than standard production and finishing.

What is the difference between standard monochrome and multicolor?

good question! Here are the differences between the color types:

· Standard Monochrome: This is the color of your choice. It is immutable.

Multi-Color: This allows you to change the color of your sign not only to one color, but to several of our most popular colors (Bright Red, Hot Pink, Dark Blue, Ice Blue, Purple, Lucky Green, White and orange) and some additional patterns. Just use the remote control included with your order to let the rainbow fly.

Is your neon sign easy to hang and set up?

As easy as a Sunday nap! Simply choose a space on the wall and use the stainless steel mounting brackets included with the sign to transform your space. Can't drill holes in the walls of your dwelling? no problem! We strongly recommend using the command bar.

How long will your LED neon signs last?

Our LED neon signs are all rated for 50,000 hours of life. This is almost 3 times the life expectancy of traditional neon signs. If there is a problem, it is usually due to the 12V transformer that powers your sign, these can be replaced and are covered under warranty.
